Day of Service is a firm-wide day reserved for reflecting on the past year of volunteering in our local communities, and engaging in service as an office and as a firm. Similar to Values Day, colleagues to set aside client work in order to give back to the local community.

McKinsey’s Global Day of Service is an opportunity to celebrate servant leadership – the concept of leading from a desire to service, which is core to our values. DoS originated from the 10 Actions to which we committed in June 2020 in order to do our part to advancing equity. 2021 will mark the second annual Day of Service.
